# Form Activation In Product Page

**STEP 1** : In **Dashboard**. Navigate to **Product**.

**STEP 2** : Click **Add New** to create a new product or select product from All Products to add forms to existing product.

**STEP 3** : Select Extra Product Addons in Product data. Created form gets showed here. Enable the form to use the form in the product page.

**NOTE** : You can make multiple forms and can access multiple forms for a single product at a time.
