Form Activation In Product Page

STEP 1 : In Dashboard. Navigate to Product.

STEP 2 : Click Add New to create a new product or select product from All Products to add forms to existing product.

STEP 3 : Select Extra Product Addons in Product data. Created form gets showed here. Enable the form to use the form in the product page.

NOTE : You can make multiple forms and can access multiple forms for a single product at a time.
